What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire continental United States, including major cities and regions such as New York (NYC, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island), Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, and everywhere in between.
What size runway or stage do I need?
Typically based on guest count, venue dimensions, and event type. For fashion shows in long rectangular rooms, you want your runway to be 2 thirds of the length of the room. This gives you enough room for seating as well as a photographers pit and the end of the runway. For square rooms a T-shaped or loop runway is recommended. You'll want to take up half the footprint of the venue with the runway and have the rest for seating or photographers. For small shows (50–100 people/models): 4 ft wide x 16–24 ft long (straight catwalk) or 8x8 ft square platform Medium (100–200): 4–6 ft wide x 24–40 ft long, or T-shaped/U-shaped configurations. Larger or multi-model: 4x40+ ft, with elevation (e.g., 16–24 inches high using stacked modules).Elevated staging often adds 8 inches per level for visibility.
How long to set up / break down a runway or stage?
Setup: 2-4 hours depending on size/elevation (we schedule a 5-6 hour window for safety). Breakdown: usually ~2/3 of setup time.
What power is needed for a lighted runway or stage?
Battery-powered options available for smaller setups. Non-battery models typically run on 1-2 standard household outlets (or more for larger multi-section catwalks).
Extra charge for late-night breakdown?
No - breakdown is included the same night, even if late.
When is a subfloor required? How much?
Required on soft earth, grass, carpet, or unlevel surfaces. Cost: $2.50 per square foot.
What are obstacle fees?
Fees for staircases, small elevators, security doors, no designated loading area, or multiple vendors setting up simultaneously in the same space.
Can the runway be battery operated?
Yes - special battery-powered LED lighting is available (bright enough for fashion shows, though not extremely powerful for very large venues).
What other light-up products do you offer?
LED dance floors, light-up cocktail tables, illuminated coffee tables, glowing bars, light-up decorative walls, and modular LED staging (besides runways and catwalks).
Cost of a lighting technician?
Free for events over $10,000. Otherwise: $75/hour.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 1 month recommended. Bookings <2 weeks before event incur a 25% rush fee.
Any discounts or specials?
Yes - discounts for non-profits, repeat customers, and possible partnerships with venues/event professionals.
How do I control the colors on my lighted runway?
Via RF remote control with a range of ~90-100 feet.
Do you have lights suitable for film/TV/production?
Yes - special production lighting designed for high-ambient situations with no camera-detectable flicker.
What are the late fee and rush fee?
Late fee (payment not processed >=2 weeks before event): 25% of remaining balance. Rush fee (<2 weeks booking): 25% of total prior to delivery.
Discount for paying in full early?
No.
Are you open to collaborations?
Yes - especially with event professionals, venues, and repeat customers (often via multi-job deposits).
What size is a single runway module?
Modular units measure 2 ft x 2 ft x 8 in high. They fasten together to form the full runway or stage.
Can units be stacked for levels, stairs, or walls?
Yes - for elevated runways, multi-level catwalks, staging platforms, staircases, or light-up walls (commonly used as reveals in fashion shows). Each level/step can be lighted differently.
Price of a wall unit?
Same as a stage unit.
Multiple-day rental pricing?
Day 1: full price. Day 2: 50% of standard. Day 3+: 50% of Day 2 rate (continues at that level).
Can I control the runway with DMX?
Yes - under special request, we can connect it to a DMX adapter for zone control.
Remote control range?
90-120 feet (RF signal).
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes - all products are made in the USA.
What payment methods do you accept?
All forms except cryptocurrency. If mailing a check, send early - late arrival can trigger the late fee.
